P OUND is a rhythm based, full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Our venue, The Footlight event space, provides a laid back, comfortable atmosphere for this class, different from a gym.

Saturdays at The Footlight - 12:30pm - $10
